I started out helping women understand their bodies.
Somewhere along the way, I realised I loved helping people understand things full stop.
Whether it's a complicated health topic, a brand trying to find its voice, or a half-formed idea scribbled in someone's Notes app, I enjoy turning complexity into clarity.
These days, I write about health, culture, books, relationships, and the many unanswered questions that come with being a human being.
