Hi, I’m Chon Azzopardi-Brown

Certified women’s Health Coach and Period Health advocate.

After a decade on the pill, I felt completely disconnected from my body. When I came off, I experienced unpredictable cycles, mood swings, sleep issues and debilitating cramps that left me feeling lost, frustrated and alone.

It took me over a year of learning, experimenting and healing naturally to get back to feeling like me again. And I knew I never wanted another woman to feel like she had to figure it all out on her own.
